One on Oneliness
Let’s work together 1:1
Between sparring partner, coach, creative collaborator, and the friend who knows your work well enough to tell you the truth about it.
You might be here if:
You have been following this work and thinking I want to do something like this, but I don't know where to start.
You are making a career shift that feels meaningful, but you cannot yet explain it to others, let alone build it publicly.
You have a talk to give, a community to build, a dinner series or circle to start — and you want to do it with genuine depth, not just good intentions.
You know what you do, but explaining it feels like a betrayal of how complex it actually is.
You want to build an audience for your work, but every piece of content advice you read feels completely wrong for what you are making.
You are producing good work in relative silence, and you are not sure how to change that.
What we work on
What you invest
I offer an optional free 20-minute intro call, think of it as a vibe check, not a consultation. We’ll get a chance to meet and sense if working together feels right.
Available sliding scale rates:
Solidarity rate — for those who genuinely cannot afford the standard rate: those purchasing from the Global South, in currencies significantly weaker than the Euro, or facing financial hardship.
Standard rate — for individuals investing personally in this work.
Full rate — for those with organizational or employer support, or higher income. Choosing the full rate helps sustain access for others.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
It is not coaching in the conventional sense; there are no fixed frameworks to follow, no goals to track against a spreadsheet. But it is informed by a decade of facilitation, public speaking, experience design, and working with people across very different contexts.
My approach draws on methodologies and practices I have trained in and work with: deep listening and mindful sharing from the Plum Village tradition, Nonviolent Communication, Michael Bungay Stanier’s work on coaching conversations, Byron Katie's inquiry method, and somatic and body-based practices. I have hosted and designed online learning journeys, community formats, executive gatherings and leadership summits for corporate leaders and organizations, creative gathering formats, and conversational programmes for brands and cultural institutions. What I bring is not one methodology applied to everyone — it is a decade of practice across formats, informed by multiple traditions, adapted to whoever is in front of me.

People come to me with questions like:
I have an idea for a project but I can't articulate what it actually is or who it's for
I want to start a podcast, a dinner series, a community, a newsletter, but I don't know how to design it or position it
I have a talk to give and I want it to actually land, not just inform
I'm making a career shift inspired by this kind of work and I need someone to help me think through the transition
I want to build an audience but every piece of content advice I read feels wrong for what I'm making
I know what I do but I can't explain it without it feeling like a betrayal of the complexity
I want to partner with brands or organizations and don't know how to approach or position myself
For these questions, especially where the intellectual, creative, strategic, and personal are all tangled together — I am likely a good fit.
For questions that are primarily therapeutic, medical, financial, or legal, I am not the right person, and I will tell you so directly. For highly technical digital marketing or SEO work, also not the right fit. For a traditional life coaching structure with weekly check-ins and goals, there are people better suited to that than me.

No. The messiest starting points often lead to the most useful sessions. The lack of clarity is usually the most interesting and productive place to begin.
-
A business coach helps you optimize what already exists and holds you accountable to goals. A creative consultant delivers a specific output. A brand expert helps you communicate to an audience.
What I offer is none of those things and often all of them at different moments in the same session. It is about helping you figure out what you are actually building, finding the language that carries it without flattening it, designing the format and experience around it, and developing the presence to bring it into the world. The work is intellectual, creative, relational, and practical all at once, and it does not separate those things.

Payment is currently by bank transfer via invoice. Once we have spoken and decided on a package, I send you a PDF invoice with bank transfer details. No transaction fees, no platform required.
To get started: either fill in the contact form below or book a free 20-minute intro call. I will follow up with an invoice once we have confirmed the arrangement.

It is a vibe check, not a consultation. We are finding out whether working together makes sense for both of us. You do not need to prepare anything or know exactly what you want. It takes 20 minutes and there is no commitment on either side. If it is not the right fit, I will tell you honestly and suggest who might be better suited.

All sessions are online via video call, 90 minutes long. Sessions can be recorded — just let me know. After each session you receive written notes with the key threads and any resources that came up. Between sessions you have access to me via email or messenger for smaller questions that arise as you work on what we discussed. I aim to respond within 48 hours.
We typically meet every two to three weeks, which gives enough time between sessions to integrate what came up and move something forward.
